Anger Management Course
The course includes 10 modules covering key areas such as understanding anger, emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, stress, self-care, conflict resolution, and long-term maintenance. Each module includes educational content, reflection exercises, and practical strategies. Short quizzes are included throughout the course to support learning and reinforce key concepts. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the quiz at the end of each module to advance to the next section of the course. Upon successful completion of all modules and quizzes, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
The course is designed to be completed at your own pace and typically requires approximately 10 hours total (depending on reflection time and pace of learning).
Healthy Relationships Course
This course is designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of your relationship patterns and build the skills necessary to create healthy, balanced, and respectful connections. You will explore key aspects of relationships, including communication, emotional awareness, boundaries, trust, and conflict resolution. This self-paced course combines practical tools, reflective exercises, and clear guidance, allowing you to apply what you learn in your daily life.
Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the quiz at the end of each module to advance to the next section of the course. Upon successful completion of all modules and quizzes, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
